I am a multi-disciplinary researcher and a lifelong learner of human trends, behaviors, and attitudes in the face of global transformations and their local effects, particularly in terms of technology, products, and the environment.

14+ years of research experience in Sociology, Public Health, and Science and Technology Studies. I hold my PhD from the University of São Paulo, Brazil, with a period as a visiting researcher at the University of Sussex, UK. I also had the opportunity to study and conduct research in Asia, East Africa, and Western and Eastern Europe.
